This is actually a great microphone for just about anything you want to do. I used it for things like work projects and basically anytime I need a reliable system like this.

This is a really good mic. It's plug and play usb. All my programs had no problem and receive audio from it as soon as I plugged it in. Yes, a much more expensive mic would sound better - but you would have to double the price before you started to notice an increase in quality. The arm is like a good desk lamp. The locks make it stay in place. The elastics holding it make sure you do not get extra "bumping" noise. it comes with two wind screens and It has become my go-to for podcasting and teaching zoom classes.
