Self Troubleshoot before proceed any further. 

Please include the test result when resorting for email support.

1.Is "FIFINE K678 Microphone" seen by your Windows or Mac or is recognized as unknown device?

2.If it's recognized, is what you want to hear mic playthrough you computer speaker? (Please refer to the first question below).  

3. If computer sees it as unknown device, have you test out on a different computer? Tried to update and reinstall the unknown driver for a few times on the same computer? 

 

Q: What to do if I hear NO sound through the headphone jack of K678 USB microphone on Windows?

A: First off, make sure the K678 is select as default output of computer.

Next, take a look if the level of default output is turned up.

And click "Recording Device" tab, right click K678 microphone to get into its "Properties", choose "Listen" and tick the checkbox of "Listen to this device". But make sure you turn this feature off when finishing the test. 

Then, check if the mic is muted or the headphone control is turned all the way down. 

 

Q: No sound on my Mac!

A: 1.Check whether the K678 USB device is the default input and output. Plug headphone into the 3.5mm jack at the bottom of the mic.

(“System Preferences”→“Sound”→“Input/output”)

2.Click open an audio software (like QuickTime Player) on Mac OS, under the dropdown menu choose K678 to be the input, drag the volume bar to the right. 

Notice: if you want to have laptop speaker to play the sound from microphone, please choose built-in speaker as default out in the first step.
