A respectable and beautiful product, the microphone quality is excellent, and it is comfortable to use. Although the sound quality is not the best, as well as the build quality, it remains acceptable.

This headset is probably one of the best headsets I’ve ever owned and for a few weeks it was amazing. But after sometime the michrophone is like bugged. The headset is fine and the sound quality is top notch but the I don’t know what’s wrong with the mic. I have to like scream so my friends can hear me. I tried everything but it’s still not fixed. I might retun it and get a new one and hopefully it don’t do the same

Sorry about the inconvenience caused. Here are some tips for your case:
1. Please check the line-in controller to see if the mic is muted by switch button.
2. Please insert the mic completely into the jack to combine it with the headset. Make sure to align the slot on the mic with the mic jack slot.
3. After plugging the headset in the PC or laptop, please set it as default input device in sound settings and application settings, adjust the input volume and gain to about 75%, otherwise the mic will not pick up the sound properly. And please disable other mics manually.
4. Please speak into the mic to see if the level meter moves only a little.

I dont know if its the defective headset we got but the micro phone has a very bad echo sound its annoying 😒

Sorry about the inconvenience caused.
Here are some tips for you, please try them to see if they could help a bit.
1. Disable all sound effects both on the computer sound setting and the software you use.
2. Try to output the sound from the headphone instead of computer speaker.
3. Adjust the detachable mic with the control box of the headset to about 25%, and the input/output volume on the computer about 50%-75%. But speak a bit closer to your mouth (around 5 inches).
4. Applying acoustic foam to your walls and ceilings can reduce the echo from your audio recording environment.
5. Please test the headset on another PC to see if it works properly.
If the above are not helpful as they should be, please send us a 30s recording to demo the issue: please include 30s of speaking into the boom mic.
