1⃣Restoring Device Connectivity


A. Device Detection

If the D6 isn't immediately recognized or it shows "Device Not Connected".


 Solutions: 


🟢Replace the USB Cable: Use a certified USB data cable (charge-only cables will not work).

🟢Check USB Port: Plug directly into a USB 3.0 port, use ports on the back of your computer for stable power delivery. Avoid USB hubs, docking stations, or front-panel ports (on desktops).

B. Grayed-Out Controls / Unable to Add Plugins

All buttons/plugins appear disabled in the software.


 Solutions:
