Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange under the conditions outlined below.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days, counting from the date when the tracking info shows delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please note that once an order has been shipped (the shipped time shall be subject to the records in our ERP system), we do not accept returns or refunds for non-quality reasons (such as accidental orders, change of mind, or no longer needing the product). This policy also does not cover bulk purchases (more than five items). If you wish to return a defective product, please contact us at web@fifine.cc.

To complete your return, customers must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send items back to us without prior contact and authorization. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards and sale/clearance items.

We will not initiate refunds for items with obvious signs of use, or any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. To receive a full refund, your merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Warranty (Limited 1-Year Warranty)

Beyond the initial 30-day return window, FIFINE provides a one-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If you register with our warranty system, your warranty period will be extended by one year. For specific details, please refer to the information provided. 

It does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, or unauthorized repairs. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within this period, we will provide repair services, components, or a replacement. Please contact web@fifine.cc for assistance.

Return Process

To process your refund and return, customers must contact web@fifine.cc. Do not ship items to us directly without prior contact. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us with your order number and the reason for return. Any product shipped without return authorization will be returned to the customer at his or her expense.

  2. We will email you back to confirm the product condition. The customer has the responsibility to provide the required information (pictures and recordings). We will then provide instructions and a return number.

  3. Ship your unused product in its original packaging to the address identified in our email.

Note: The return shipping fee is covered by FIFINE only if returns are for defective products, products not described accurately, or incorrect orders. Whether a product is defective depends on the information provided by the customer (pictures and recordings). For other authorized returns, you are responsible for shipping the products back. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at web@fifine.cc.

Sale & Clearance Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale and clearance items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same model, please email us.

Other Terms and Conditions

Order Cancellation: Customers may contact us to cancel an order and receive a full refund before it has been processed for shipment. However, an order cannot be canceled if the request is received after our ERP system has generated a tracking number. The shipment time is strictly defined as the moment the tracking number is generated in our system.

Bulk Purchase Return: If a buyer purchased more than five products at a time and any are defective, we will provide a free replacement. If the buyer decides to return the entire order, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the total, and the buyer is responsible for shipment back to the FIFINE local factory.

Bundled Orders: Items within a bundled or multi-item order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. Refund or return requests based solely on the fact that an order was split into multiple shipments will not be accepted. By placing a bundled order, the customer acknowledges that products may be delivered in separate packages.

Refuse-to-Receive: Once a package has been shipped, order cancellation is not possible. If a buyer refuses the package instead of arranging a return, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order total. In this case, the refund does not cover the original shipping fee; only the product's listed price will be refunded.

Defective & Damaged Items: A defective item is defined as one that is inoperable or has specific functional failures, such as a malfunctioning mute button, unadjustable RGB lighting, or other technical defects.

Please note that subjective issues, such as the microphone's sound quality not meeting personal expectations, do not qualify as a product defect. Whether a product is defective depends on the evidence (pictures and recordings) provided. If an order arrives with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and email us.

If you accept it, please save all packaging material and paperwork. Disposing of packaging jeopardizes our chances of making a claim and may result in the denial of the return.

Limits of Responsibility

We take no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of the product. All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Price differences related to future or past prices (including fluctuations during the pandemic) are not refundable.

FIFINE reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and correct any errors or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and payment processed. If your payment has already been processed for a canceled order, we will issue an immediate refund.
