1. Not Powered? (The indicator light does not light up even after being plugged)

🔴Test with another USB cable that supports data transfer.

🔴Connect the microphone to a different PC or laptop to rule out device compatibility issues.

 

2. Not Recognized? 

 

🟡Use a certified USB cable with data transmission capability.

🟡Plug directly into a rear USB port on desktops; ensure laptops are charged for sufficient power.

🟡Try reinstalling: unplug the mic, uninstall drivers, restart your computer, then reconnect.

 

3. No Sound Pickup?
