FIFINE App Privacy Policy

Introduction

Zhaoqing Hejia Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or the Company) respects and protects your privacy. This Privacy Policy clearly explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal information when you use the fifine MicLinK APP (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), as well as the ways for you to manage your personal information.

Please read and fully understand the entire Policy carefully, especially the terms marked with bold and underlined fonts. When you launch the Application for the first time, a pop-up window will prompt you to read this Policy. You must take the initiative to click Agree before we start collecting and using your personal information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not click to accept or continue using the Application.

Article 1 Collection and Use of Your Personal Information

We collect your personal information in compliance with the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity and good faith, and only within the minimum scope required for the purposes specified herein. To enable core functions of the Application including Bluetooth/Wi-Fi connection, device search, status identification and firmware upgrade with your devices, we need to request the following permissions and collect relevant information:

  1. Location Information: Due to Android system requirements, location permission is mandatory for searching Bluetooth devices. We only obtain your approximate location for Bluetooth scanning. We will not collect your precise location or use such information for other purposes. Refusal to grant this permission will disable the Bluetooth connection function.
  2. Wi-Fi Status Information: Used to acquire network status, assist device connection and assess network environment. Denial of this permission may affect connection stability.
  3. MAC Address and Android ID: Used for device identification, fault analysis and compatibility adaptation. Such information is only applied for real-time connection and diagnosis, and will not be stored on our servers.
  4. Storage Permission: Used to save device upgrade files, export audio test screenshots, or store images and videos saved by you voluntarily.
  5. Microphone Permission: This permission is solely used in the in-app Audio Test module to obtain real-time volume decibel (DB) values for device calibration. We will not collect audio data in the background or without your active operation, nor will we record or upload any audio content.
  6. Device Sensor Information: Such data is only acquired passively when you access specific web pages via the built-in browser of the Application for web page function adaptation. We will not actively collect or store sensor data.

Article 2 Sharing, Transfer and Public Disclosure of Your Personal Information

1. Sharing

We will not share your personal information with any company, organization or individual, except under the following circumstances:(1) Sharing is conducted after obtaining your separate and explicit consent;(2) Sharing is required by laws, regulations, judicial authorities or administrative organs pursuant to mandatory provisions;(3) Sharing with authorized partners: We only share necessary information with our third-party service providers for legitimate, proper, necessary and specific purposes, and sign strict data protection agreements with such partners;(4) Sharing with affiliated companies: We may share necessary personal information with our affiliates to deliver unified services. If an affiliated company intends to change the purpose of data processing, it will obtain your consent again.

2. Transfer

We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, unless major corporate changes occur such as merger, division or liquidation. Article 3 Storage and Protection of Your Personal Information

1. Local Storage

Information such as MAC address and Android ID we collect is stored locally on your mobile device only for real-time connection, and will not be uploaded to our servers.

2. Security Measures

We adopt industry-standard encryption technologies and access control mechanisms to safeguard the security of your locally stored information.

3. Protection for Minors

This Application is primarily intended for adult users. We will not actively collect personal information of children under the age of 14. If you are a guardian of a child and find that we have collected the child's information without consent, please contact us via the contact information stated at the end of this Policy to request deletion.

Article 4 Your Rights

You may manage your personal information in the following ways:

  1. Inspection, Copying, Correction and Deletion: You may inspect, copy and correct your personal information or submit deletion requests via the designated entries within the Application. For operations that cannot be completed online, please send an email to cage@zqhejia.cn to contact us.
  2. Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent to information collection by disabling relevant device permissions or adjusting settings within the Application. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the processing of information conducted lawfully based on your prior consent.
  3. Account Cancellation: You may cancel your account independently through the designated entries within the Application. After account cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.

Article 5 Updates to the Privacy Policy

We may revise this Policy from time to time. For material changes (including adjustments to the purposes or methods of information collection), we will notify you via in-app pop-up windows or prominent notices, and obtain your explicit consent again before implementation.
