1. Does fifine Genie work on MacOS or Linux?

Currently,the fifine Genie is Only available on Windows*.

*Recommended for use on Windows 10 and later versions.
2. Why do I get a security warning from the browser and system when downloading and installing the software?

This is a normal system response. If you downloaded the installer from the official FIFINE website, it’s safe to proceed.

Your computer’s security system is simply doing its job to verify unknown applications. Once you confirm the source is trusted, you can continue the installation confidently.
3. What are the compatible models for the fifine Genie?

Currently, only the AM8PROT, SC8, H13, BM38, H19, GK8 and D6 are compatible with it, but more models will join the party soon!

Not all models are compatible with this software. The software do not support all functions on models such as the AM8, K688, SC3, and H9.

Note: On this software, the D6 and GK8 can only be used for lighting linkage. And the configuration software for the D6 stream controller needs to be downloaded separately.
