Here are some tips for you, please try them to see if they could help a bit.
1. Disable all sound effects both on the computer sound setting and the software you use.
2. Try to output the sound from the headphone instead of computer speaker.
3. Adjust the detachable mic with the control box of the headset to about 25%, and the input/output volume on the computer about 50%-75%. But speak a bit closer to your mouth (around 5 inches).
4. Applying acoustic foam to your walls and ceilings can reduce the echo from your audio recording environment.
5. Please test the headset on another PC to see if it works properly.
If the above are not helpful as they should be, please send us a 30s recording to demo the issue: please include 30s of speaking into the boom mic.
