If the package has already been shipped, we will message you with the carrier info as soon as possible. Then you can contact them to relocate a correct address. A: FIFINE MICROPHONE offers Free Return within 30 days, counting from the date when the tracking info shows delivered.
But it does not cover bulk purchase (more than three), intact item, item ordered by mistake. If you wish to return a product, please contact us.

"Bulk Purchase Return"
If buyer bought more than THREE products at a time, any one of them is defective, we will provide the free replacement.
But if buyer decides to return them all, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order total. And buyer is responsible for the shipment back to FIFINE local factory.
Once package has been shipped out, order cancellation is not possible. When product arrives, buyers are responsible for arranging return shipping and covering the cost by themselves and emailing us back with tracking number. If buyer decides to refuse package instead, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order total.
Notice: Refund of "refuse-to-receive" item does not cover the origianl shipping fee, That means in this case, we will send back the payment of only the product listed price.
An intact item is one that its package has been opened and it works without a problem. If you want to return an intact product, the return shipping cost shall be covered on customer side. And we will deduct the original shipping fee from the refund total.
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive a defective product, please contact our email for assistance.

I've had this mic for about a month now and am still in love with it. It's a really great beginner mic and has a clear sound that gives me amazing audio for voice-overs. It's also easy to use; just plug it in, and you're set!
I have been thinking about buying a fifine microphone for a while now and i finally decided to buy one till i saw that its only able to ship to the US, UK and Canada which i think is very annoying. I would be happy to pay for shipping if that's the reason that they aren't shipping it world wide.

I am very happy with the look, construction, ease of use and overall quality of the microphone. However when I am in party chats or calls there is a buzzing or humming sound that can be heard by the people I am speaking to. The sound stops when I mute the mic, so I don't know if this is from background noise or if my mic has a defect.
First off, try testing the mic on a laptop without charging cord plugged in to see if it's the grounding issue.
If laptop is not available, could you bother to have your PC powered by another wall outlet? Next, to eliminate the possibility of a broken USB, just test with another one.
Then, set the mic dial at 70%, computer at 80% and speaking range for around 5 inches. At last, test the mic with different positions on your desk to see if the static is still there.
If the static sound still exists, please record an 1-minute MP3 file, including 30s for speaking and 30s for keeping silent, then send it to us and our engineer will analyze it.

This looks and feels very premium and for the price, you'll actually get very good mic quality with this.
Only downside is that there is no popfilter (not really needed tbh) and that the mic is very sensitive for shocks. A shock mount is recommended.
