1. Which operating systems are compatible with the Fifine Soundlink software?
This software is supported on Windows 10 and Windows 11. It does not support older Windows versions (e.g., Windows 7, 8) or macOS at this time.
2. Can I use this software with other headset models?
No. The FIFINE Soundlink software is specifically developed for the HT6 headsets and is not compatible with any other headphone models.
3. Why are my HT6 headsets not detected by the software?
The HT6 software only recognises the headpsets when they are connected via the included 2.4GHz wireless dongle.
Please make sure the dongle is plugged into a USB port on your computer.
Ensure the headphones are set to 2.4G mode (not wired USB or Bluetooth).
If you are using a USB cable or Bluetooth connection, the software will not detect the device – it is designed specifically to work with the 2.4G dongle.
After switching to the dongle, restart the software and try again.
4. Is the software free, or do I need a license?
This software is free of charge for all owners of the HT6 headsets. No license key or subscription is required.
5. During installation, Windows SmartScreen or my antivirus shows a warning – is that normal?
Yes, it is normal. Because our software includes system‑level drivers and is distributed without a Microsoft‑issued digital signature (to keep the download lightweight), some security tools may display a warning. We assure you the software is safe and verified.
