1. Does it come with an XLR cable?

The microphone does not include an XLR cable, so you will need to purchase one separately. L9 XLR Cable
2. Is the AM8Tmicrophone compatible with fifine genie software?

Sorry, the AM8T microphone is not compatible with fifine genie software. Only the AM8PROT microphone, SC8 mixer, H13 headset, BM38 boom arm stand, and H19 headset support FIFINE Genie software.

3. Will it work on my PS5 or Xbox?

PS5✔️ for sure. Connect it to the PS5 console's USB port using the included USB cable, and set the mic as the default input and output if your 3.5mm wired headset is plugged into the mic. 

Xbox❌ is a no-no. Third-party USB audio devices aren't allowed to work with Xbox, this AM8 is no exception.
4. How do I setup the XLR connection?

For the XLR connection to work, you need a separate XLR cable to connect the mic to an audio interface (or mixer). You should control the functions (like volume, mute, or monitoring) on the audio interface (or mixer).
5. How can I get loud and clear sound quality while recording?

To get the best from the dynamic mic, we suggest speaking into the top of the mic within 2''-6''. You can adjust the mic angle with the included desktop stand or choose the boom arm version of this mic, the AM8T, for optimal positioning.
6. How to use it with smartphones (Android and iPhone) or tablets (Android and iPad)?

It works when used with a proper USB adapter. But we recommend using it only with Windows and Mac computers, since the quality of the adapters may vary, and the low-battery status of your phone may affect the performance of the mic.

iPhone/iPad with a Type-C port needs a Type-C male to Type-A female adapter.
iPhone/iPad with a Lightning port needs a Lightning male to Type-A female adapter.
