- The higher bit depth and sample rate of a budget microphone are more of a marketing than a game-changer. Especially the higher-than-normal sample rate is not possible to be perceived by human ears. But it is never a bad thing when such features come as standard.

This is a decent price friendly microphone. If anything it's a little too sensitive and could use a tweak to reduce background noise but most built in dynamic filters will get rid of the bulk of it. Two outstanding features is the USB-A/C included cable. A very nice touch and I can't swear by it, but I think it sounds better when you use the USB-C port. The other outstand feature is the pop-filter. I liked it so much that I bought another and use it with my daily driver NT-1. The one thing I wish it included is that shock mount you put in with the T683 bundle. Frankly I don't need more boom arms and the $30 price difference makes the bundle a no go for me. Increase the price by $10 and include the shock mount and this would have a higher approval rating from me. Wish you made it available for sale in accessories (hint hint). I'll be doing a review for it over at (mymac.com don't know how you guys feel about website links so feel free to remove it if you like) our website

Honestly the best budget microphone around. I have yet to use it for recording but with streaming it is amazing. I highly recommend using this mix even as a starter. It's a cheap price but high quality sound. I will be buying more and will becoming a loyal customer.
