1. What are the compatible models for the fifine Genie?

Currently, only the AM8PROT, SC8, H13, BM38, H18VLITE, BM88PRO , BM66PRO and D6PRO are compatible with it, but more models still join the party soon!

Not all models are compatible with this software. The software do not support all functions on models such as the AM8, K688, SC3, and H9.

Note: On this software, the D6 and GK8 can only be used for lighting linkage. And the configuration software for the D6 stream controller needs to be downloaded separately.
2. Does fifine Genie work on MacOS or Linux?

Currently,the fifine Genie is Only available on Windows*.

*Recommended for use on Windows 10 and later versions.
