Wow
Really cool headphones, I use them as my main ones for my PC and when I walk outside, connecting them to my phone. Incredibly high quality microphone, even better than some more expensive popular headphones. These headphones made me a fan of this brand.

Sorry for the issue. About this issues can often be resolved by checking a few common areas:
1. Please check the USB in-line controller if you mute the mic by switch button.
2. Please insert the mic completely into the jack to combine it with the headset. Make sure to align the slot on the mic with the mic jack slot.
3. After you plug the headset in the PC or laptop, please set it as default input device in sound settings and application settings, otherwise the mic will not pick up the sound. And disable other mics manually.

7.1 makes sound worse, but just regular is preaty good for this price. It is enough to play CS, but music sound kinda bad. Microphone is perfect.
