Q: What if I want to cancel the order right after payment?

Q: Do you have international shipping?
A: Sorry, no. Products on FIFINE website are not available for global shipping. Delivery covers UK, CA and US (APO/FPO address is not included). For customers who live outside these regions, you can check out on FIFINE AliExpress Store.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: We process your order as soon as we receive it. And because of current situation, the processing time could take up to ONE business day, which is not added up to the shipping time.
Q: What if I provide the wrong/I want to change the shipping address?
A:
If you find out the incorrectness or want to make changes before receiving shipping confirmation notification. Please message us as soon as possible so that we can correct the address or cancel the order. We are available at email: web@fifine.cc or Facebook messenger: https://m.me/FifineStore
If the package has already been shipped, we will message you with the carrier info as soon as possible. Then you can contact them to relocate a correct address. If it can not be changed, we have to wait till the package being sent back to proceed a refund. And if it is not returned to sender successfully, we have no responsibility for issuing a refund or replacing the package.
Q: When can I expect my package to arrive?
A:
- If it is a pre-order or back-order that is in stock, your package will be shipped first.
- Delivery takes 4-7 days (based on your location), which counts from the day when your order is processed. Shipping cost is free when your order weighs below 1.51 kg.
- If it is emergent order that needs to be delivered on a specific date, please contact us before placing the order.
Q: When will I receive my shipment tracking number?
A: You will receive a notification email about the tracking information once your order leaves warehouse that is close to your location.
Q: What if tracking info indicates the package was received but I haven't actually receive it?
A:
First off, please wait for one more business days, tracking info update could be ahead of the actual delivery.
Next, if you still haven't received package, please call and email the local post office. They will have more info than we can see online.
At last, when post office is not able to help find the package, you should send us the screenshots of communication with post office as evidence for us to file a complaint. With a response from Post Office through your contact, confirming that package is missing, we will do a refund on the product price.
Return & Refund Policy
Q: What is your return policy?
A: FIFINE MICROPHONE offers Free Return within 30 days, counting from the date when the tracking info shows delivered.
But it does not cover bulk purchase (more than three), intact item, item ordered by mistake. If you wish to return a product, please contact us.
Q: How do I request a return?
A: Please follow the steps below to return a product:
- Contacted our email at web@fifine.cc with your order number and the reason for return (Any product shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the customer at his or her expense).
- We will email you back to confirm the product condition. Custoemr will have responsiblity to help provide the info (pictures and recording) we required. Then we will give instructions for returning and a return number.
- Ship your unused product in its original packaging to the address identified in our email.
- Note: Return shipping fee is covered by FIFINE only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. Whether a product is defective depends the info that customer provides (pictures and recording).
"Return Terms"
- Please be sure to use the original box, and the shipping carton and its packing material to ship the item back (the item is returned in the same condition as it was when shipped).
- You are responsible for shipping the products back to us.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Q: After I have returned a product, when will I see the refund in my account?
A: After receiving and examining your returned product(s), your refund will appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days. Please be aware that the refund will depend on the policies of PayPal that was used for payment.
Other Terms and Conditions
"Bulk Purchase Return"
If buyer bought more than THREE products at a time, any one of them is defective, we will provide the free replacement.
But if buyer decides to return them all, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order total. And buyer is responsible for the shipment back to FIFINE local factory.
"Refuse-to-Receive"
Once package has been shipped out, order cancellation is not possible. When product arrives, buyers are responsible for arranging return shipping and covering the cost by themselves and emailing us back with tracking number. If buyer decides to refuse package instead, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order total.
Notice: Refund of "refuse-to-receive" item does not cover the origianl shipping fee, That means in this case, we will send back the payment of only the product listed price.
"Intact Items"
An intact item is one that its package has been opened and it works without a problem. If you want to return an intact product, the return shipping cost shall be covered on customer side. And we will deduct the original shipping fee from the refund total.
"Defective Items"
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive a defective product, please contact our email for assistance.
Notice: Whether a product is defective depends the info that customer provides (pictures and recording).
"Damaged Items"
If the order arrives at you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and email us with your order number. If you have accepted it, please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order and also email us for instructions. If you dispose of packaging material, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive the return.
"Limits of Responsibility"
We take no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of the product. Though you still can email us for assistance on repairing or replacing components.
"Price and/or Description Changes"
All prices, pictures, and descriptions on this website are subject to change. We maintain no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Does the shuresm7b work with the SC3? i plugged into xlr cable into both and turned on the 48v and switched to dyanmic mode. and my microphone does not come through, is there a software? or is it even compatible?

Sorry for not giving you a better experience.
I'm afraid SC3 won't play well with SM7B as SM7B requires higher gain than SC3 can provide, and you may also need an additional cloudlifter to make this mic sound great when connected to the SC3.

The plastic body painted in a glossy finish will still look sleek on your desk. Each corner of the bottom has a piece of rubber grip, such a placement is more anti-sliding in our tests. Combing with the wedge shape of the interface to prevent it from sliding around on your desk when applying force to it.
If you think that is not any close to eye-catching for a gamer’s setup, how about the shining RGB? Once you hook it up with the included type-c/type-a USB combo cable, the lighting also gives the immersion to get you into the role during the loading time of the game.

Mic Gain
First off the meat and potatoes of an audio mixer, the preamp. It is not the beefiest one, but the 50 dB gain it provides when the microphone type switch is toggled to “dynamic” is neither the humblest nor on par with the basic models from Behringer or PreSonus.
We do not cut corners on the mic jack either, which is a combo jack allowing XLR and TRS balanced microphone input. Unexpectedly, the 48V phantom power comes as a standard for the XLR input. But if you are also looking for an instrument input, this SC3 might not be the ideal choice, instead, we have the recording mixer out there for you.
Line In & Line Out
If you just need an extra audio source for your game or output the mixed gaming sound to another device, the stereo Line In and Line Out jacks are more than enough to do so. Though it does not come with its own routing software to customize the channels, when you want to take a step further, there are third-party ones, such as Voicemeter Banana to pull off your streaming with AmpliGame SC3 well.
USB-C Connection
Through the USB, it provides not just audio input/output, but also power which means you do not have to plug in an extra power cable. The redeeming feature of no-software-included is that you don’t have to worry about the compatibility on Mac. With a type-c/type-a combo jack, it is a much more convenient connection with different devices not just computers, also Play Station console, or even mobile.
Since all four I/O at the back are in line with the front panel channels, and the buttons and even the meters are placed symmetrically, you will not get too overwhelmed even with many devices connected.
The channels at the center are all implemented with a separate function button. Three of them are the solo mute buttons and the rest one for the headphone channel is whether to monitor your microphone input.
A button panel on the very top left side to toggle the 48-volt phantom power for any standard XLR condenser mics, which also lights up to tell you if the phantom power is initiated.
When pushing the faders, you will feel just a little bit of friction, which prevents you from changing volume if accidentally brush them.
Depending on the type of content that you create for your gaming or even streaming, the voice effects are not just a gimmick but can give some surprises if you have good ideas on how to integrate them. Besides 12 pitches of auto-tone and 6 different voice changers, there are still 4 sample pads left for catching the highlighted audio from your teammates and enemy or for customizing your own shortcut audio button.
