Q: What if I want to cancel the order right after payment?

A: Sorry, no. Products on FIFINE website are not available for global shipping. Delivery covers UK, CA and US (APO/FPO address is not included). For customers who live outside these regions, you can check out on FIFINE AliExpress Store.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: We process your order as soon as we receive it. And because of current situation, the processing time could take up to ONE business day, which is not added up to the shipping time.
Q: What if I provide the wrong/I want to change the shipping address?

If you find out the incorrectness or want to make changes before receiving shipping confirmation notification. Please message us as soon as possible so that we can correct the address or cancel the order. We are available at email: web@fifine.cc or Facebook messenger: https://m.me/FifineStore
If the package has already been shipped, we will message you with the carrier info as soon as possible. Then you can contact them to relocate a correct address. If it can not be changed, we have to wait till the package being sent back to proceed a refund. And if it is not returned to sender successfully, we have no responsibility for issuing a refund or replacing the package.
Q: When can I expect my package to arrive?
A:
- If it is a pre-order or back-order that is in stock, your package will be shipped first.
- Delivery takes 4-7 days (based on your location), which counts from the day when your order is processed. Shipping cost is free when your order weighs below 1.51 kg.
- If it is emergent order that needs to be delivered on a specific date, please contact us before placing the order.
Q: When will I receive my shipment tracking number?
A: You will receive a notification email about the tracking information once your order leaves warehouse that is close to your location.
Q: What if tracking info indicates the package was received but I haven't actually receive it?
A:
First off, please wait for one more business days, tracking info update could be ahead of the actual delivery.
Next, if you still haven't received package, please call and email the local post office. They will have more info than we can see online.
At last, when post office is not able to help find the package, you should send us the screenshots of communication with post office as evidence for us to file a complaint. With a response from Post Office through your contact, confirming that package is missing, we will do a refund on the product price.
Return & Refund Policy
Q: What is your return policy?
A: FIFINE MICROPHONE offers Free Return within 30 days, counting from the date when the tracking info shows delivered.
But it does not cover bulk purchase (more than three), intact item, item ordered by mistake. If you wish to return a product, please contact us.
Q: How do I request a return?
A: Please follow the steps below to return a product:
- Contacted our email at web@fifine.cc with your order number and the reason for return (Any product shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the customer at his or her expense).
- We will email you back to confirm the product condition. Custoemr will have responsiblity to help provide the info (pictures and recording) we required. Then we will give instructions for returning and a return number.
- Ship your unused product in its original packaging to the address identified in our email.
- Note: Return shipping fee is covered by FIFINE only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. Whether a product is defective depends the info that customer provides (pictures and recording).
"Return Terms"
- Please be sure to use the original box, and the shipping carton and its packing material to ship the item back (the item is returned in the same condition as it was when shipped).
- You are responsible for shipping the products back to us.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Q: After I have returned a product, when will I see the refund in my account?
A: After receiving and examining your returned product(s), your refund will appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days. Please be aware that the refund will depend on the policies of PayPal that was used for payment.
Other Terms and Conditions
"Bulk Purchase Return"
If buyer bought more than THREE products at a time, any one of them is defective, we will provide the free replacement.
But if buyer decides to return them all, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order total. And buyer is responsible for the shipment back to FIFINE local factory.
"Refuse-to-Receive"
Once package has been shipped out, order cancellation is not possible. When product arrives, buyers are responsible for arranging return shipping and covering the cost by themselves and emailing us back with tracking number. If buyer decides to refuse package instead, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order total.
Notice: Refund of "refuse-to-receive" item does not cover the origianl shipping fee, That means in this case, we will send back the payment of only the product listed price.
"Intact Items"
An intact item is one that its package has been opened and it works without a problem. If you want to return an intact product, the return shipping cost shall be covered on customer side. And we will deduct the original shipping fee from the refund total.
"Defective Items"
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive a defective product, please contact our email for assistance.
Notice: Whether a product is defective depends the info that customer provides (pictures and recording).

If the order arrives at you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and email us with your order number. If you have accepted it, please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order and also email us for instructions. To get the best audio quality possible you need to be as close to the microphone as possible. Even if you try using a shotgun to round the problem, the best practice may still require a boom pole to shorten the pickup range for clarity. Let alone the situation where you can’t just sit still in front of the camera the whole time. Especially when you have to shoot and record the footage all by yourself, thus inevitably paying less attention to keeping a consistent speaking range.
Then it’s left with the wireless lav microphone to play the role of the life-saver. Clip it on, walk around without noticing it, and yet get no crappy-at-all audio. It sums up the whole point of a wireless lav system, but there are more details to it in every aspect from setup to usage, and this FIFINE M9 is not exceptional either.
Nothing special about the plug-out-and-turn-on as well as the put-back-and-recharge features. But it’s just good to know that the convenience of charging is there covering your back. To get the full average 6-hour battery life on each transmitter, it takes around one and a half hours to charge. But with the Ace up your sleeve to play, the charging case that works as a dedicated power bank, you’re pretty much relieved from the battery-life anxiety, even for a full day of shooting.
And the user-friendly charging method doesn’t stop at the case, but also the details to indicate the status as well as battery life. Four LED dots at the front of the case show how much charge it has got, and whether they’re blinking tells you the charging status. When you open the case, the battery indicators on top of the receiver and transmitter will also let you know that they are still charged by blinking green.
But it’s not a big deal to have the system fully charged in some casual case that you might not necessarily be in the frame. Because if you don’t mind the twisted wiring, you can charge the transmitters and receivers while using.
A Quarter Into A Pint Pot
Take the transmitter right out of the case first, while it’s not pairing with the receiver, then, another indicator on top of, the sync light will blink blue to warn you of the losing connection.
The matt finish front panels of the receiver and transmitters with modern linear design are in line with the case, to keep the whole system discreet all the time. The shiny surface may look even better in aesthetic, but it’s not that playing with the character of a lav mic system, picking up good sound but without being noticed. But it’s not all that smileless, you even get a smiley face on each transmitter to make it Lego-like when you’re not twisting the windshield in.
Yes! You’re just putting the included wind muffs in, but there’s a mechanism on the microphone to let it stay so securely that it doesn’t have a chance to fall off. One of the components that a lav mic can’t miss is the belt clip, all three of them also double as the cold shoe mount for cameras.
Although the whole system is turned on or off automatically by putting in or pulling out of the charging case, you get a power switch in case you don’t have the charging case on hand. And most importantly, it serves as a quick mute button by clicking it once. And the sync light will turn from solid blue to solid red to give you a warning.
Other than the power/mute button, you also get the pairing and noise-cancellation keys as the backup features for dealing with some extreme situations, like the system won’t auto pair again or you’re live streaming or conferencing in a crowded environment.
Not just the design and the finish to help it dress down, but also the size, since it’s quite eye-catching to have a bulky thing hanging on your shirt. The small and compact body plays down the existence of the mic, besides it isn’t too light to drop or lost without notice or too heavy to drag your clothing down.
The same straightforward control goes on the receiver as well, all the features come in physical buttons for even the blind maneuver. The screen only works as a display of the status, but at least rest assured that your blind control won’t end up in a horrible result, since it clearly shows you the mono or stereo mode and the status of power, sync, and volume of each microphone.
Stripped-down Design, But No Skimp On Performance
Independent Volume Control
The receiver is far from those that all-guns-blazing camera mixer, but you can still take it as a stripped-down version. First comes the must-have volume control. In case you have two people speaking at different volumes or you need a second wireless microphone recorded at a lower level as a safe backup option, the independent volume buttons will definitely steal the show.
But there’s no headphone monitoring or level indicator on the transmitter or receiver themselves, so you will need to make a thorough audio check or recording test to set the proper level before kicking off.
Mono/Stereo Setting
If it’s a dual wireless system with a separate volume control for each transmitter, then it’s expected to have more features for customization! You may not get what “M/S” means at first glance, but it becomes intuitive control if we tell you that’s the abbreviation of MONO or STEREO.
The latter one records a mixed track of both transmitters. Since you can’t separate them afterward, the independent volume buttons play an even more crucial role in the best possible audio in this mode.
But it’s defaulted in mono recording that the audio from one mic goes into, say, the left channel while the other comes through the right channel. In the post, you can process them independently. This mode should be your first choice if you intend to do some high-quality mixing.
Compatibility Can't Be Beat
Pick Your Gear
With the 3.5mm output jack on the receiver, you can connect it to your camera or phone through the included adapter to record and don’t have to sync the clips and audio together. In order to fit as many recording devices as possible and save you the trouble of finding the proper adapter, you get quite a few accessories in this package.
It includes the TRS one to hook up gear with a dedicated mic jack, like cameras, and PCs, the TRRS one to connect with devices having a mic & headphone combo jack instead, such as laptops or mobiles with 3.5mm port, while for most phones that have only USB port, the Type-C one has your back covered. However, for iPhones that use a lightening jack, you will need a headphone adapter for the connection.
All three cables have the flexible coil part and the L-shape plug to avoid stretching noises that result from insufficient length, especially if your camera is quite bulky.
Stability Can't Be Faulted

Back to the whole point of a wireless system is to explore a space in front of a camera without being inhibited by the best microphone pick-up distance or just being tied down a wire to the camera. Up to 160 feet of wireless range gives you the confidence to not just record workout tutorials outside and make conferencing calls without being restricted in your bedroom, but also vlog your daily life or travel on the road.
But unless it’s for live events, in other applications you might not need the longest wireless range but the most powerful penetration. Since vlogs or gyms could take place in traffic-heavy places sometimes, the stability of the wireless signal is all the more important. In terms of obstacles to wireless transmission, the concrete wall doesn’t come close to the human body. That means drop-outs hardly become a hassle for your indoor use, even if you walk up the second floor while the conferencing call is still running on the first-floor computer.
It's All Down To The Sound Now
The wireless range is important. But if you’re 200 meters away, and the audio sounds terrible, then even the longer distance doesn’t make much sense. But at the same time, audio quality is a pretty subjective thing, different people have their own definition of good sounding. But one type of audio always stands out, which is the natural sound. It doesn’t have the fancy preset to customize the EQ or to apply filters but just want really good audio out of the omnidirectional condenser microphone for the price.
- Since the clipped-to-your-shirt lav mic can’t be eaten into your mouth, in many cases, it needs to be more toward the highs to get usable clarity. But then it’s inevitable to be top-end heavy to get the audio that is tiny yet harsh at the same time to your ears. This pair of M9 microphones manages to balance the muddiness, hollowness, and harshness.
- There’s some real presence of warmth to it, though it’s not enough to make the lav mic your next podcast gear with the characteristic radio sound, it’s capable of offsetting the grinding frequencies to make the whole audio a bit more pleasant and smoother.
- With the bass presence combined with the mid-body support, you’re not getting some too-tiny or super scooped sound. But treble isn’t muddled up either, you can spot the high-end details from the smooth sound to get a more natural feeling. The crisp clarity should still be the prominent tone to some people’s ears. But the upside is that even if you clip the mic a bit lower on your clothing, your voice won’t significantly get soft.
