K035/035B FAQs

Q: K035/K035B handheld mic dies after using for 2 hours!

A: Generally it could last 5 to 6 hours with fresh alkaline batteries or fully charge rechargeable batteries.

But different batteries vary a bit because of different capacities. We suggest you to try other brand new batteries to find the most durable ones. Please turn off both the transmitter and receiver to save power between services. Also, take out the batteries if you don’t use the mic for a long time.

Q: Is there a way to keep it from automatically shutting off?

A: You just need to replace batteries for both microphone and receiver.

Q: I got excessive noise!

1.Don’t stand too close to speaker (at least 3 feet away) and don’t direct the mic at it.

2.Decrease the volume level or gain control on pre-amp or output devices.

3.Please test out as many channels as you can to find a stable one.

4.Have better not to use multiple inputs with speaker for avoiding conflict.

Q: 1.how to reset the microphone; 2.it doesn’t work; 3.cut voice, dropout

A: You can find step-by-step tutorial videos for above question on K035/035B problem-solving playlist: http://bit.ly/k035035Bproblemsolving

If the wireless microphone still doesn't work, check how many black loop on the 1/4" plug of the receiver and also contact us with the devices you use.
