There's a little bit of mid rangey stuff in this microphone, so my voice has a fair bit of mid-range to it. This can start to sound a little bit harsh on my voice. But overall, I was surprised, it sounds better than I expected.

    Amazing

    It works exactly as advertised, works with multiple devices with easy set up. My only difficulty was attaching it to my desk but that's just because my desk has a weird shape. I added a layer between the desk and mic and it worked perfectly

    Looks good but no tripod now included in the T669 kit!?

    After watching lots of you tube video reviews and viewing the pics from this site I purhcased from Amazon AU today only to receive the kit WITH NO TRIPOD which is very disappointing as it seems it is no longer supplied as part of the kit? Every youtube video shows it being included but mine did not and in its place was the USB cable. How do I get a tripod!?

    Hi Michael,

    Sorry about the confusion, those reviews were done a few years ago, and some of them have lost contact with us, and some bought by themselves to review we can't reach them out either. But we have changed the photos and description on all our official sales channels right after that T669 version was discontinued. For now, if the tipod is necessary, you can find some alternatives from other Amazon sellers or contact our after-sales at web@fifine.cc to see if we can do anything about it.

    Bad arm

    The mic arm is broken it snap on the bodem.

    And the headset didn't even fit.

    Just buy the mic and not the arm.

    I want my money back but I can't.

But you can get after-sales support from us to get the replaced arm. So do you mind providing with us your order number to procced the warranty service?

    And just in case some customers might run into a similar problem and don't know what to do about it, we offer two-year warranty for the items purchased through FIFINE official website. For the orders purchased through the other sales channels, you can ask about the after-sales terms and all of them shall provide at least one-year warranty for the order.
