Q: What to do if I hear no sound through the headphone jack of K670 microphone?

A: So you just need to make sure the output setting of computer is select as USB Audio Device/MIC-TEST and the volume is not muted. Then you will hear the sound from the headphone jack of the mic.

A: 1.Check whether the icon of the “USB PnP Audio Device"/"MIC-TEST" appears or not.

(“System Preferences”→“Sound”→“Input”)

2.If yes, then you’re good to go. But you can’t hear any playback of the mic before you click open an audio software (like QuickTime Player) on Mac OS.

A: If “USB PnP Audio Device”/"MIC-TEST" under “Recording Device” appears but the level meter doesn’t move when speaking, simply go to Setting→Privacy→Microphone, and set it to allow apps to access to microphone as well as the other apps below, especially the "Voice Recorder". A: 1.Check if it's problem of the mic or Skype. Get to sound setting to see if the “USB PnP Audio Device”/"MIC-TEST" is listed as the default input. If not, then no further step, just send us a message.

Mac: Click “System Preferences”→“Sound”→“Input”)

2.If driver is there and the level meter moves when speaking to mic, it will be the bug of Skype. The easiest way is to update Skype to latest version or re-install the latest Skype.

3.For Windows user, before the update or re-installation, you can go to Setting→Privacy→Microphone, and set it to allow apps to access to microphone, at lasts restart computer.

Q: Will this work with a Bluetooth speaker?

A: In order to give adequate sound, that Bluetooth speaker should be more than 25 watt you can find a power bank to supply power for receiver and an audio cable to connect USB receiver with speaker.

 

Q: What can I do to increase volume?

A: 1.Turn up the level of input and output to around 80% on computer.

Windows: Go to control panel→Sound setting→Recording Device→right click “USB PnP Device”→Properties→Levels. Same goes for output volume on "Playback Devices".

Mac: System Preferences→Sound→Input/Output→Input Volume/Output Volume

2.Do have to aim the mic toward the mouth, seating it approximately 9 inches below. When using head-worn, you may need to take off the foam cap to check if the capsule is pointed directly to your mouth.

3.If it is possible, please try the speaker that has over 25 watt power.

  1. Turn off the power to receiver as well as transmitters B & C before you get started. 
  2. Power on transmitter B and reset it by clicking the top button for 10 times. A flashing 605.000 channel number shows up if you reset transmitter B proper.   
  3. The same goes for transmitter C. But what appears on transmitter is the flashing 584.000 channel.   
  4. When they are still flashing, switch on receiver. Pay a bit attention here if its RF B & C lights will blink for 3 times before the last step.    
  5. Click the top buttons of both transmitter B & C, resulting in pairing successfully.  

 

 

Q: How long is the battery life of this K037/K037B?

A: It depends on what kind of batteries you use. The most common ones last for 4 hours normally. And the screen displays the power of the battery. When power runs low, the screen will also flash.

 

Q: Can I use 2 of these with one receiver? Can I plug other XLR lav mics into transmitter?

A: No, you can't.

 

Q: The receiver blinks green and turn off automatically!

A: It's just because the batteries run out of power. You can replace them with a new pair AAA size batteries.

 

Q: How can I avoid hissing?

A: Before the setup, turn down the volume control of speaker.

When plugging receiver in, do not place the mic directly in front of speaker.

During the use, a)slowly adjust the volume setting of speaker. b)Instead of speaker, please direct the microphone to your mouth for loud and clear sound. c)And keep the mic at least 9 feet away from speaker for perfect effect.

Q: What to do if the background music is too loud and the mixed mics is too quiet?

A: 1.Turn down level of input music and the Music Control on receiver.

2.Stream the music to speaker directly so that you can adjust the volume separately.

 

Q: The receiver makes a lot of noise!

A: 1.Try different cable and different input jacks on speaker.

2.Turn down the volume of K036 and turn up the gain on your amp.

3.It may interfered by the cell phone or even the light, please be away from that stuff.

 

 

Q: K035/K035B handheld mic dies after using for 2 hours!

A: The most common batteries on the market can last at least 4 hours. The better quality battery you use, the longer it may last. The Eneloop AA and AAA size battery would be a choice.

 

Q: Is there a way to keep it from automatically shutting off?

A: You just need to replace batteries for both microphone and receiver.

 

Q: I got excessive noise!

1.Don’t stand too close to speaker (at least 3 feet away) and don’t direct the mic at it.

2.Decrease the volume level or gain control on pre-amp or output devices.

3.Please test out as many channels as you can to find a stable one.

4.Have better not to use multiple inputs with speaker for avoiding conflict.

Q: K667 PC microphone is not working.

A: 1. Check whether the computer has a separate MIC jack. If no, you need a USB audio adaptor.

2. If yes, please uninstall audio driver and then restart the computer (the driver will be automatically re-installed).

(“Control Panel”→“Device Manager”→double click “Sound, video and game controllers”→right click the listed drivers→“Uninstall”.)
