The FIFINE MICROPHONE product you have purchased is covered by a warranty of 24 months after your purchase on FIFINE Amazon and website. At the same day, your warranty period begins. Please finish the registration within 3 months after your purchase on FIFINE Amazon or website, otherwise, the warranty will not count.
In order to be considered eligible for repair or replacement, you need to meet the condition below:
1. The purchase should be made on FIFINE official store of Amazon, Walmart, AliExpress, eBay or FIFINE MICROPHONE website.
2. Retain your sales receipt or warranty series code (you will get one after register on our website) as proof of purchase.
3. Email us (email@example.com) to help you determine whether your product needs to be sent off and direct you to the necessary actions.
The following cases are not covered by the above warranty:
1.Minor faults or deviations in the quality of a product which do not affect the product’s value or fitness for its intended purpose.
2.Faults (or stolen) resulting from improper use, e.g. operating errors (specific to water damage, electronics ruined from leaky, not-package-included batteries), mechanical damage, incorrect operating voltage, storage or maintenance.
3.Faults or damage due to wear and tear, unauthorized modification or reconstruction.
