    Requires small improvement

    It requires a small revision to the ideal of perfection. Inside microphone uses two-wire unbalanced connector pinout. Should be replaced by a three-core wire and solder balanced connector. The supplied cable is unbalanced, it also needs to be replaced with a balanced one.

    Good and for a small price

    The only negative for me is that there is no resistance on the on/off switch.

    It has good frequency response and the off-axis rejection is very good, most of the expensive mics that i used dont have this sort of off-axis rejection.

    Lots more fun than I was expecting

    I got this for my daughters birthday, just as a bit of fun for her birthday party, but she and her sister really love it. They even got me to have a go. They play with it with karaoke machine quite often. And it is very easy to setup, just use the XLR to 1/4" Mic Cable to connect with the speaker. I hear them singing away upstairs together, and next week they plan to take it to a friends sleepover party.

    Much better sound than the mic comes with ION speaker

    When I got hold of the package and felt the weight, I knew I wouldn't be disappointed. I'm using it with the Ion Block Rocker and it's great with, of course, a much better sound than the mic that came with the speaker. Very good sound quality my karaoke singing and very reasonable price.

    Fun karaoke mic

    Super fun mic for family karaoke at home. Easy to setup and use. The sound is nice and crisp. We used my son's guitar amp for the speaker. Looks and feels like a pro microphone, sure beats the crappy old one we were using.
