Self Troubleshoot before proceed any further.
Please include the test result when resorting for email support. If it's about TV/home theater wiring, please let us know the model number of TV, soundbar or AVR.
1.After connecting to wall outlet and pressing the power button, does the receiver red indicator light up?
2.Using fresh batteries for handheld mics. After switching them on, do mic screens and both A & B indicators on receiver turn on and stay solid?
3.Is audio source hooked up to the R+L in jack, while output is connected through R+L out?
4.Are all volume controls on receiver/speaker set to decent level?

Q: What to do if the background music is too loud and the mixed mics is too quiet?
A: 1.Turn down level of input music and the Music Control on receiver.
2.Stream the music to speaker directly so that you can adjust the volume separately.
Q: The receiver makes a lot of noise!
A: 1.Try different cable and different input jacks on speaker.
2.Turn down the volume of K036 and turn up the gain on your amp.
3.It may interfered by the cell phone or even the light, please be away from that stuff.

Hi @Omar,
To avoid interference, the frequency of each mic is randomly preset different from CH001 to CH020.
Please select one frequency every three frequencies.
I have 2 sets of these mics. Is there a way to change their channel to anything other than 19 and 20? They interfere with each other and dont want to work properly. I have 2 sets, so I have four of these mics. 2 orange and 2 green. Please help.
Hi, I have a weird situation , both of my wireless microphone under m-k036 are in the same channel which is (B), how do I set back one of the mic to channel A so both mic won’t interfere ?

The external speaker is necessary. Plz check what kind of output TV has, RCA OUT or Optical OUT. For the former one, you can take TV sound from it to 3.5mm IN jack of K036. As for the latter one, you still need an optical to RCA converter, to change optical signal to RCA signal first. As for the soundbar, it always needs the 3.5mm male to 6.35mm male Audio Cable. ( The 6.35mm pin plug into the K036, the 3.5mm pin plug into the soundbar)
