Q: When will my order ship?
A: We process your order as soon as we receive it. And because of current situation, the processing time could take up to ONE business day, which is not added up to the shipping time.
Q: What if I provide the wrong/I want to change the shipping address?
If you find out the incorrectness or want to make changes before receiving shipping confirmation notification. If the package has already been shipped, we will message you with the carrier info as soon as possible. Then you can contact them to relocate a correct address. If it can not be changed, we have to wait till the package being sent back to proceed a refund. And if it is not returned to sender successfully, we have no responsibility for issuing a refund or replacing the package.
Q: When can I expect my package to arrive?

First off, please wait for one more business days, tracking info update could be ahead of the actual delivery.
Next, if you still haven't received package, please call and email the local post office. They will have more info than we can see online.
At last, when post office is not able to help find the package, you should send us the screenshots of communication with post office as evidence for us to file a complaint. With a response from Post Office through your contact, confirming that package is missing, we will do a refund on the product price.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: FIFINE MICROPHONE offers Free Return within 30 days, counting from the date when the tracking info shows delivered.
But it does not cover bulk purchase (more than three), intact item, item ordered by mistake. If you wish to return a product, please contact us.

A: After receiving and examining your returned product(s), your refund will appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days. Please be aware that the refund will depend on the policies of PayPal that was used for payment.
"Bulk Purchase Return"
If buyer bought more than THREE products at a time, any one of them is defective, we will provide the free replacement.
But if buyer decides to return them all, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order total. And buyer is responsible for the shipment back to FIFINE local factory.
Once package has been shipped out, order cancellation is not possible. When product arrives, buyers are responsible for arranging return shipping and covering the cost by themselves and emailing us back with tracking number. If buyer decides to refuse package instead, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order total.
Notice: Refund of "refuse-to-receive" item does not cover the origianl shipping fee, That means in this case, we will send back the payment of only the product listed price.
An intact item is one that its package has been opened and it works without a problem. If you want to return an intact product, the return shipping cost shall be covered on customer side. And we will deduct the original shipping fee from the refund total.
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive a defective product, please contact our email for assistance.
Notice: Whether a product is defective depends the info that customer provides (pictures and recording).
If the order arrives at you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and email us with your order number. I bought a mic 2 weeks ago, and they never really sent me a tracking number until it got to the coast where amazon delivered it. It was packaged in a plastic bag with everything banging around, it didn't look like anybody cared to package it. I opened the package and got the microphone holder (which the mic can't even sit in, nor can it attach to a boom arm in the future.), and the microphone which was dinged up. The package didn't have a cable nor a spacer or that amber thing in the picture. Very disappointed and will be disputing the charge with my bank. This is basically a scam!

Hi ! I was recently gifted this mic but apparently the mic volume is kind of low. I adjusted everything to the max in Windows settings + maxed the gain with the mic but my friends on Discord still says that it’s low… I also adjusted it in the app but I have no other options… I would appreciate if you could help me.

Sorry about the issue, we should have upload more tutorial videos about the use of a dynamic microphone, which would require a bit more microphone technique than condenser mics. Let's put it short, dynmaic mic is known for its low-sensitive and top-addressed capsule, that means unlike how you treat a consdenser mic, you have speak from the top of the K658 within a pretty close range (almost eat into the mic and the distance is better not to be over 5 inches).
With the distance and the volume set, just check in which range the audio meter of Discord or OBS moves when you speak to the mic. If it's around -12dB, the loudness is pretty decent. Besides, the K658 is relatively sensitive dynamic mic, so with decent volume and range, it's not quite likely that your friends would think that audio level is low.

I unintentionally placed 2 orders for this item (I did not think my 1st order processed, so I did it again…then I received 2 of them in the mail). I sent an email and received a response that said that within a week they would send me info on how to return one of them. I have never received that information.
