Q: What if I want to cancel the order right after payment?

A: Sorry, no. Products on FIFINE website are not available for global shipping. Delivery covers UK, CA and US (APO/FPO address is not included). For customers who live outside these regions, you can check out on FIFINE AliExpress Store.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: We process your order as soon as we receive it. And because of current situation, the processing time could take up to ONE business day, which is not added up to the shipping time.
Q: What if I provide the wrong/I want to change the shipping address?

If you find out the incorrectness or want to make changes before receiving shipping confirmation notification. Please message us as soon as possible so that we can correct the address or cancel the order. We are available at email: web@fifine.cc or Facebook messenger: https://m.me/FifineStore
If the package has already been shipped, we will message you with the carrier info as soon as possible. Then you can contact them to relocate a correct address. If it can not be changed, we have to wait till the package being sent back to proceed a refund. And if it is not returned to sender successfully, we have no responsibility for issuing a refund or replacing the package.
Q: When can I expect my package to arrive?
A:
- If it is a pre-order or back-order that is in stock, your package will be shipped first.
- Delivery takes 4-7 days (based on your location), which counts from the day when your order is processed. Shipping cost is free when your order weighs below 1.51 kg.
- If it is emergent order that needs to be delivered on a specific date, please contact us before placing the order.
Q: When will I receive my shipment tracking number?
A: You will receive a notification email about the tracking information once your order leaves warehouse that is close to your location.
Q: What if tracking info indicates the package was received but I haven't actually receive it?
A:
First off, please wait for one more business days, tracking info update could be ahead of the actual delivery.
Next, if you still haven't received package, please call and email the local post office. They will have more info than we can see online.
At last, when post office is not able to help find the package, you should send us the screenshots of communication with post office as evidence for us to file a complaint. With a response from Post Office through your contact, confirming that package is missing, we will do a refund on the product price.
Return & Refund Policy
Q: What is your return policy?
A: FIFINE MICROPHONE offers Free Return within 30 days, counting from the date when the tracking info shows delivered.
But it does not cover bulk purchase (more than three), intact item, item ordered by mistake. If you wish to return a product, please contact us.
Q: How do I request a return?
A: Please follow the steps below to return a product:
- Contacted our email at web@fifine.cc with your order number and the reason for return (Any product shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the customer at his or her expense).
- We will email you back to confirm the product condition. Custoemr will have responsiblity to help provide the info (pictures and recording) we required. Then we will give instructions for returning and a return number.
- Ship your unused product in its original packaging to the address identified in our email.
- Note: Return shipping fee is covered by FIFINE only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. Whether a product is defective depends the info that customer provides (pictures and recording).
"Return Terms"
- Please be sure to use the original box, and the shipping carton and its packing material to ship the item back (the item is returned in the same condition as it was when shipped).
- You are responsible for shipping the products back to us.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Q: After I have returned a product, when will I see the refund in my account?
A: After receiving and examining your returned product(s), your refund will appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days. Please be aware that the refund will depend on the policies of PayPal that was used for payment.
Other Terms and Conditions
"Bulk Purchase Return"
If buyer bought more than THREE products at a time, any one of them is defective, we will provide the free replacement.
But if buyer decides to return them all, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order total. And buyer is responsible for the shipment back to FIFINE local factory.
"Refuse-to-Receive"
Once package has been shipped out, order cancellation is not possible. When product arrives, buyers are responsible for arranging return shipping and covering the cost by themselves and emailing us back with tracking number. If buyer decides to refuse package instead, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order total.
Notice: Refund of "refuse-to-receive" item does not cover the origianl shipping fee, That means in this case, we will send back the payment of only the product listed price.
"Intact Items"
An intact item is one that its package has been opened and it works without a problem. If you want to return an intact product, the return shipping cost shall be covered on customer side. And we will deduct the original shipping fee from the refund total.
"Defective Items"
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive a defective product, please contact our email for assistance.
Notice: Whether a product is defective depends the info that customer provides (pictures and recording).
"Damaged Items"
If the order arrives at you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and email us with your order number. If you have accepted it, please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order and also email us for instructions. If you dispose of packaging material, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive the return.

We take no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of the product. Though you still can email us for assistance on repairing or replacing components.

Do not get me wrong, the product is good and the quality is fine. its just that ive been trying to deperately claw on these stubborn rubber bands back on for the past 30 minutes. Its been a horrible past half hour and i feel like this task is utterly impossible

Sorry about the inconvenience caused.
In order to maintain a better shockproof effect to reduce noise and firmly support the microphone, we chose a tighter rubber ring for K688. When the rubber ring accidentally falls off, you can use the crochet hook to help and apply a little force to fix the rubber ring back to the correct position.

- It is more than a looker, and so is the shock mount. You do not find any nut to tighten the mount, but only the rubber band suspending the whole mic, which is a much more effective way to absorb vibration. It also cuts down on the low-end sensitivity, as a result, there will be fewer boomy noises to muffle your audio.

XLR mics are featureless while USB mics are powerless. Not at all, at least you can complement them with each other in the case of the FIFINE K688. The two outs give universal appeal to everyone in the following years. Because you do not need to put the work into learning to use it at the very beginning. When you want to up your game or look for the next stage at some point, you can do some experiments with it for the XLR function.
If there is such a necessary, or maybe for a special two-PC setup, you can even send the signal from the mic to two different places, like your PC and an audio interface or a PA when using it outdoor.

I/O Controls
There are also two dials at the bottom for the microphone and headphone volume. The advantage of the controls being underneath is that they will not stand in the way when you hook the mic onto a boom arm. And you can keep a clean and simple look of it in front of a camera.
Touch-sensitive Mute
It could have been good and bad, but things changed with the LED indicator and the monitoring jack. You will not find yourself have not recorded anything yet halfway through.
Headphone Monitoring
Without a headphone amp built in, the 3.5mm port at the back can drive a pair of headphones with its impedance rated between 16 ohms and 75 ohms. Within this range you still have some headphones to choose from instead of being left with only game headsets for monitoring. Because of the combo of the latency-free feature and an input level control, you can pretty much avoid the wild fluctuations in volume by making adjustments on the fly.
You have already become addicted to all-in-one full-on USB mics, but eyeball an XLR microphone to up the game from time to time? Why not have them both? Change the connection to the XLR when you are getting ready for something big.
Using the mic with a solid preamp system is going to potentially polish the sound quality up and even give slightly different coloring to the audio, which is sort of a redeeming feature to make up for the lack of software.
The best-known fact is that the self-noise level will become much less noticeable with a balanced XLR connector. Because any interference picked up along the signal path will be canceled out. If your first concern is the overall noise floor, then the XLR connector and the dynamic capsule are the best combinations to make you concern-free. But make sure to choose a decent XLR audio cable for the hookup since it is not included in the package.
- The audio quality may come down to what interface you are running the mic through if you are using the XLR connector. But basically, it is not the general type of dynamic mics where the mids are prominent while the brightness is lacking. Inheriting from FIFINE’s bloodline, the treble is something that will not miss but it is not so much to assault your ear with harshness.
Bass
The broadcast signature sound should be the first thing popping up in your head when it comes to dynamic mics. The FIFINE K688 is not exceptional. But the low-ends are not too heavy to make your voice super bassy and woolly. Another benefit is that the proximity effect is less prominent so the low-frequency noises, such as the booming generated from hitting the desk or the mic stand, will not be exaggerated.
Mids
It is pretty flat through the 500 Hz to 1k Hz midranges to give the real-world sounding of the instruments. Because of the slight boost between 1k to 2k Hz, a bit more bites are added to the high-pitched instruments. So yes, it is a FIFINE microphone that you can use to properly record some instrument. The drawback of the uncommon articulation from a dynamic microphone is that the sibilance may be fatiguing. But thanks to a much thicker and flocked pop filter, the capsule will not be hit hard by the air-blowing, making it less of a problem to avoid sibilance. That also helps reduce the plosive noises.
Treble
To get the cleanest audio, you just need to pay a little more attention to the off-axis placement. With the sibilance sorted out, you and your audience can put your heart and ears to enjoy the bright and airy sounding up the top and even some sparkles. Leave alone streaming and voice-over, if you are planning to record a song cover in your untreated room, it is still perfectly ideal for the price.
